IMG_0018Danielle is a full-time student of journalism, anthropology and Spanish at California State University, Long Beach and part-time philosopher. She is learning German, speaks Gringa Spanish and has spent some time living in Mexico and Bolivia, where she did anthropological research and wrote for a magazine called the Bolivian Express. When she’s not busy with writing, designing or spacing out, she enjoys quaint cafés, craft beer, perusing thrift stores, exercising and board sports. She loves people, traveling, learning and sharing stories.

Danielle has worked with Cal State Long Beach’s Daily 49er and has written for every section (except sports). She is formerly the Arts & Culture editor and currently the Design Director.  She has also worked with CSULB’s DIG magazine, the Bolivian Express magazine in Bolivia, and is currently an intern with Los Angeles magazine. She has contributed to the Long Beach Post.
